Lindy only reads what it needs, masks names before Lindy AI reads them, and never trains AI on your data.
Never used to train AI
Your notes, messages and board are not used to train any AI model. Lindy deletes AI batch jobs and files once the results come back.
Names and emails are masked
Before Lindy AI reads your content, participant names and email addresses are replaced with labels. They are put back only inside Lindy.
No bot in your calls
No bot joins your meetings and Lindy records nothing. It reads the notes and transcripts your tools already make.
Nothing sent without asking
Drafts are for you to copy and send. Check-ins to other people are off until you turn them on, and you choose who gets them.
Encrypted
Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Connector and AI credentials are stored encrypted. Only authorised staff can access production.
You stay in control
Disconnect a tool or delete your account, and Lindy's access to Google is revoked straight away. Export or delete your content anytime.

When you delete your account, your data is removed from active systems and backups within 90 days.

Google asks apps that read Google data to pass a CASA security assessment. Lindy passed the Tier 2 (AL1) assessment. It was audited by TAC Security, an independent lab authorised by Google.
